4.1 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to maintain only one registered jl356 account. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, and events beyond jl356's reasonable control may cause temporary unavailability. jl356 will make reasonable efforts to minimize downtime and will communicate planned maintenance where practicable.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit jl356's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other matter for which liability cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

jl356 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jl356 will notify registered players by posting an updated version on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date, and where appropriate, by direct notification to your registered email address or mobile number.

Your continued use of the jl356 Platform after notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of any remaining real money balance in accordance with the current withdrawal procedures.
